Fudge Brownies Cookie by Monica Uppal Popli - April 16, 2020October 1, 2022 Fudge Brownies Print Recipe Course Dessert Ingredients 1/2 cup butter or margarine1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels (chocolate chips)3/4 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla3/4 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) Instructions Pre-heat oven to 350 F.Grease the bottom and sides of an 8x8x2 inch baking pan.In a small sauce pan melt butter over medium heat until it is mostly melted - reduce heat to simmer and add chocolate morsels, stir untill melted - remove from heat and allow to stand two minutes to cool.Stir in sugar until blended well.Add eggs and vanilla mixing only until combined. Don not over mix or brownies will fall flat.Stir in flour and mix untill combined. Batter should be mostly smooth with few small lumps. Pour batter into greased baking pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 F.Allow to cool before cutting into approximately 16 bars.
