Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Besan
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  2. Fry besan till it turns lightly golden in colour.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except the cardamom powder.
  4. Keep stirring it till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  5. Add the cardamom powder and remove it from the stove.
  6. Spread on a greased thali (plate) and cut into pieces.
