Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Besan
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Dessicated coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
- Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
- Fry besan till it turns lightly golden in colour.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the cardamom powder.
- Keep stirring it till it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Add the cardamom powder and remove it from the stove.
- Spread on a greased thali (plate) and cut into pieces.
