Besan Coconut Burfi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Besan
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  • Fry besan till it turns lightly golden in colour.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except the cardamom powder.
  • Keep stirring it till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Add the cardamom powder and remove it from the stove.
  • Spread on a greased thali (plate) and cut into pieces.
