Bhelpuri Snack by Monica Uppal Popli - December 25, 2015October 1, 2022 Bhelpuri Print Recipe Course SnacksCuisine Indian Ingredients 4 cups Bhel mix1 large onion1 large tomato2 medium potatoes2 small green chilies1/2 bunch cilantro (coriander) leaves1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp green coriander chutney1/2 cup imli chutney1 tsp lemon juice Instructions Peel onion and finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves.Boil potatoes, peel and dice them.Mix together bhel mix, chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, potatoes and salt.Add lemon juice and both chutneys and stir well.Add lemon juice and mix. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve immediately. NotesYou can prepare ahead of time by keeping ready all ingredients separately. But make sure to combine everything just before serving as bhelpuri gets soggy if kept for long.
