Coconut Ladoos

  • 400gms sweetened condensed milk
  • 200gms Unsweetened Dessicated coconut
  1. Mix the dessicated coconut with the condensed milk thoroughly in a container.
  2. Now heat the mixture on a very low flame till all the mixture sort of sticks together.
  3. Remove the container from the cooking range.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool jut enough so that you can make the ladoos.
  5. After each ladoo is done roll it over dessicated coconut powder.
Recipe Notes
  • For a smaller batch, mix one cup of the dessicated cocconut powder with 1/4 cup of condensed milk. It will yield eight medium-sized ladoos.
