Flan Dessert by Monica Uppal Popli - February 13, 2016October 1, 2022 Flan Print Recipe Course Dessert Ingredients 3 eggs14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can14 oz whole milk1 tbsp vanilla extract Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).After pouring out the condensed milk in the large bowl, the can to measure the same amount of whole milk.With an electric mixer beat the eggs, condensed milk, whole milk and vanilla until smooth.Pour the mixture into baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.Bake in preheated oven 60 minutes.It will turn golden brown on top and start separating from the sides of the baking dish.Let it cool to room temperature and chill a few hours before serving.
