Instructions
Whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, chat masala and salt.
Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. When they crackle, add the asafoetida. the mumura in the pan and stir for a few minutes till murmura gets crisp.
Take off of flame and mix with all other ingredients.
Pour the dressing on top.
Serve immediately.
