  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder


  • Dry roast cashews on low flame. Take them off of flame before they change color.
  • Grind them in a blender to a fine powder.
  • Boil sugar and water to make a syrup.
  • Add the cashew powder when bubbles appear on the syrup
  • Remove the pan from stove and mix in cardamom powder. well.
  • Spread the mixture on a greased plate.
  • When cool cut into desired shape.
