  • 1cup cashews
  • 1/2cup sugar
  • 1/4cup water
  • 1/4teaspoon Cardamom powder
  1. Dry roast cashews on low flame. Take them off of flame before they change color.
  2. Grind them in a blender to a fine powder.
  3. Boil sugar and water to make a syrup.
  4. Add the cashew powder when bubbles appear on the syrup
  5. Remove the pan from stove and mix in cardamom powder. well.
  6. Spread the mixture on a greased plate.
  7. When cool cut into desired shape.
