Paneer Burfi Mithai (Sweets) by Monica Uppal Popli - April 17, 2020October 1, 2022 Paneer Burfi Print Recipe Course Dessert, SnacksCuisine Indian Ingredients 400 gms condensed milk (or 1 tin)300 gms grated cottage cheese (paneer)2 tbsp ghee1/2 tsp cardamom powder2 tbsp chopped almonds and pistas Instructions Mix condensed milk and cottage cheese in a pan and cook on a medium flame stirring continuously.When the mixture starts thickening, reduce the flame.When it leaves the sides of the pan and is solid, remove from the fire and spread it on a greased tray.Sprinkle the cardamom powder and dry fruits on the mixture.Decorate with silver sheets and cut into desired shapes.
