Ingredients
  • 400 gms condensed milk (or 1 tin)
  • 300 gms grated cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds and pistas
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Mix condensed milk and cottage cheese in a pan and cook on a medium flame stirring continuously.
  2. When the mixture starts thickening, reduce the flame.
  3. When it leaves the sides of the pan and is solid, remove from the fire and spread it on a greased tray.
  4. Sprinkle the cardamom powder and dry fruits on the mixture.
  5. Decorate with silver sheets and cut into desired shapes.
