Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
- In a large mixing bowl blend together the flour, baking soda and salt.
- In another large mixing bowl cream together the butter and peanut butter - add sugar and mix well.
- Add egg and vanilla to the butter/peanut butter mixture and mix until fluffy.
- From dough into 1 inch balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place on a greased cookie sheet. Gently press each one down in a criss-cross pattern with the tines of a dinner fork.
- Bake about 10 minutes at 375 F.
- Makes abiut 24 cookies.
