Pineapple Delight

  • 20 oz pineapple crushed (can)
  • 20 oz pineapple chunks (can)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (can)
  • 8 oz whipping cream


  • Strain the pineapple chunks and crushed pineapple.
  • Save the juice.
  • Mix them with whipping cream and condensed milk.
  • Cool it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.


  • You can also mix the pineapple chunks and crushed pineapple (without the juice) to slightly melted vanilla ice cream. Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
  • You can use the reserved pineapple juice to make a smoothie. In a blender mix 2 cups chilled pineapple juice, ripe banana and 1 cup yogurt (curd).
