Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, and asafoetida.
When the seeds crackle, add the onion, turmeric powder and green chilli and saute for 3 minutes.
Add the moong sprouts, salt and ΒΌ cup of water , place lid on the pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Turn off the heat . Add chaat masala, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
