Fruity Bhel Snack by Monica Uppal Popli - December 25, 2015October 1, 2022 Fruity Bhel Print Recipe Course SnacksCuisine Indian Ingredients 2 cups murmura (puffed rice)3/4 cup sev2 tbsp peanuts roasted1/2 tsp cumin seedsa pinch of asafoetida1 tsp vegetable oil1/4 cup boiled potato cubed2 tbsp moong sprouts1/4 cup golden or granny smith apple chopped1/4 cup pineapple chunks4 tbsp pomegranate seeds1/2 orange4 tbsp coriander leaves (cilantro) choppeddressing2 tsp chat masala1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp lemon zest1 tsp honey Instructions Whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, chat masala and salt.Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. When they crackle, add the asafoetida. the mumura in the pan and stir for a few minutes till murmura gets crisp.Take off of flame and mix with all other ingredients.Pour the dressing on top.Serve immediately.
