Ingredients
- 2 cups murmura (puffed rice)
- 3/4 cup sev
- 2 tbsp peanuts roasted
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- a pinch of asafoetida
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup boiled potato cubed
- 2 tbsp moong sprouts
- 1/4 cup golden or granny smith apple chopped
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 orange
- 4 tbsp coriander leaves (cilantro) chopped
- dressing
- 2 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp honey

Instructions
- Whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, chat masala and salt.
- Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. When they crackle, add the asafoetida. the mumura in the pan and stir for a few minutes till murmura gets crisp.
- Take off of flame and mix with all other ingredients.
- Pour the dressing on top.
- Serve immediately.
