Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups murmura (puffed rice)
  • 3/4 cup sev
  • 2 tbsp peanuts roasted
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • a pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup boiled potato cubed
  • 2 tbsp moong sprouts
  • 1/4 cup golden or granny smith apple chopped
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 orange
  • 4 tbsp coriander leaves (cilantro) chopped
  • dressing
  • 2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, chat masala and salt.
  • Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. When they crackle, add the asafoetida. the mumura in the pan and stir for a few minutes till murmura gets crisp.
  • Take off of flame and mix with all other ingredients.
  • Pour the dressing on top.
  • Serve immediately.
