Parwal [Tindora] Curry by Monica Uppal Popli - January 24, 2016October 1, 2022 Parwal [Tindora] Print Recipe Ingredients 1 lb parwal1 onion medium, finely chopped2 tbsp methi leaves chopped1 tsp salt1/2 tsp red chilli powder1/3 tsp turmeric powder2 tbsp oil Instructions Wash and cut the parwal length wise into four pieces.In a pan heat oil and saute onions till brown.Add methi leaves, saute for five minutes.Sprinkle salt, red chilli and turmeric powders.Toss in the parwal pieces.Cover the pan and cook on medium flame for about 30 minutes till the parwal is tender. Stir in between.Serve hot with chapati or naan.
