Fruity Bhel Snack by Monica Uppal Popli - December 25, 2015December 25, 2015 Fruity Bhel Print Recipe CourseSnacks CuisineIndian Fruity Bhel Print Recipe CourseSnacks CuisineIndian Ingredients 2 cups murmura (puffed rice) 3/4 cup sev 2 tbsp peanuts roasted 1/2 tsp cumin seeds a pinch of asafoetida 1 tsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup boiled potato cubed 2 tbsp moong sprouts 1/4 cup golden or granny smith apple chopped 1/4 cup pineapple chunks 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds 1/2 orange 4 tbsp coriander leaves (cilantro) chopped dressing 2 tsp chat masala 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp honey Servings: Instructions Whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, chat masala and salt. Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. When they crackle, add the asafoetida. the mumura in the pan and stir for a few minutes till murmura gets crisp.
